Wonderful and FAST service at my Spa, Premier Medical Spa!!! Highly recommend!

Amazing service I had my glass sliding door shattered and it’s a really big one it’s an 8’ x 8’. Baker glass gave me the best most reasonable quote for the same product and labor as other companies at the most competitive price. They were very professional made an appointment with me and within an hour and a half they changed up my glass door cleaned up the shattered one. I am one happy customer! This company was nothing but professional efficient and competitively priced.

Fantastic service and craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the service Claude, Randy, and Cason provided. Claude did a great job measuring and when we wanted to make a 1/4 inch change after he left, Claude returned to make certain all the measurements we going to fit. He wouldn't just take it over the phone. Randy and Cason were just as great. Good guys who left the job site spotless. And the price beat the competition!

I am the owner of First Coast Pet Doors and we started putting pet doors right in the glass about 5 years ago. We decided back then to partner with Baker Glass for ALL our jobs in glass. I can honestly say it was the best decision we ever made. Mack and his crew at Baker really went above and beyond to launch this new "in the glass" style pet door installation with us and have been a real pleasure to work with ever since. Robbie, Justin, and Claude work great with us and make us feel like we are all one team. We find them very easy to work with and truly concerned about our end of any job we do. If an occasional problem arises they are quick to fix it and treat our customers with complete respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend to any business or even any individuals looking for a professional, reliable glass company to call the "Baker Boys".

My rear side window in my new Nissan Sentra shattered and we do not even know why. Baker glass was able to fix it within a couple of hours. Looks perfect!

Won't know yet on this visit getting fixed tomorrow at 10:00 am but still the same owners as to when I had it fixed before about 10 years ago real friendly they were closing.

I had a break in between n my condo right after I moved in they came in thru my balcony door broke the glass I am still overseas I am a marine my wife and daughter are there alone we called Baker glass and they were polite and courteous as well as explained all the details gave me a better price than any of the shade tree type of glass guys and were there to keep my family safe when I couldn't. The employees were clean-cut smart efficient and she felt safe with them in our home. I would recommend them to anyone needing their talents to make your home perfect again. Thanks again Baker glass Robbie was great it was a pleasure dealing with him thanks again guys you are awesome thanks for keeping my family safe!

4 other window companies could not repair my window locks, nor could the general contractor working on my new house. BUT, Baker came through for me!! This is a service-oriented business with experienced and skilled technicians. Robbie, in service, was persistent in locating the parts I needed and kept me apprised of their delivery, and Mike did the repairs quickly, leaving my house spotless. Nice people, friendly service and very reasonable prices. They are definitely my Jacksonville glass go-to company

I got 2 mirrors cut for a bathroom and these guys do a good job, much less than Mac's who is a rip-off. Very pleased.

After calling my insurance company and getting a windshield replacement date of at least a week out on our Jeep Wrangler, I called Mr. Van at Baker Glass. They were on Allstate's approved vendor list. The team worked us in and had a new windshield installed in less than 24 hours. Jay and Logan did a great job installing it. It's rare you get a high caliber of skill , good attitude, and great customer service. Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Called Baker Glass out to replace a broken window in our business (Tubel’s Goodyear) and Mack showed up in less than an hour. He cut a piece of glass to fit and installed it to repair temporarily until the matching glass arrived. He was back the following day to install the correct glass at no extra charge. Great service, very fast, very dependable, and reasonably priced. We will call Mack again in the future!

Baker installed a fully frameless shower door in my newly renovated bathroom. The crew was efficient and knowledgeable. The end product is exactly what I wanted and the pricing was very fair. A great experience!

Had a stained glass enclosure for my shower that I brought from the house I sold and wanted to install in the condo I recently purchased. Tried several glass companies in Jacksonville and no one would attempt to remove my existing glass door and replace it with the beautiful stained glass door. Baker glass was the only company that was willing to do it. And they did a spectacular job. It looks absolutely amazing!

These guys at Baker Glass of Jacksonville are great. Called and asked them if they could fix a mistake that I made and they said absolutely, just come on in. I went in half an hour later and was back out in less than 10 minutes. They didn't even make me feel like the idiot I was! The charge was reasonable, even minimal, the service was fast and professional and the people were friendly. They have my business from now on. Keep up the great work guys!
